The development will consist of the construction of two rooflights in the main roof to the front of the house, the construction of a dormer window in the main roof to the rear and the construction of a new window in the gable wall of the house at attic level.

The development will consist of the change of use and conversion of existing attic storage space to habitable space with new roof profile (from hipped roof to gable end) to gable/side wall with 4 no. new roof light windows to the rear and new (3.5sqm) single storey extension to the rear elevation and all associated ancillary site works required.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.

Planning permission is sought

The demolition of the exisiting single storey rear extension and the construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear, new bay window and entrance door relocation to the front, a second floor extension on existing ground floor extension to the side, the conversion of the attic to a bedroom with roof alterations to include a dormer roof to the rear, pitched roof construction to the new gable and velux windows to the front and all associated site works.
