Planning permission is sought

The demolition of the exisiting single storey rear extension and the construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear, new bay window and entrance door relocation to the front, a second floor extension on existing ground floor extension to the side, the conversion of the attic to a bedroom with roof alterations to include a dormer roof to the rear, pitched roof construction to the new gable and velux windows to the front and all associated site works.

The development will consist of the construction of two rooflights in the main roof to the front of the house, the construction of a dormer window in the main roof to the rear and the construction of a new window in the gable wall of the house at attic level.

Permission for alterations to the previously approved planning application FW20B/0055. Namely the removal of condition 2(a) relating to the removal of the proposed dormer in the rear and condition 2(b) removal of roof lights in the front plane.
