The construction of a new petrol filling station together with associated overhead canopy (4.5 meters high) and 2 no. fuel dispensing pumps, compressed air tyre pump and water dispenser, new vehicular access entrance, new associated car parking, installation of 2 no. 40,000 litre underground fuel storage tanks together with all ancillary and associated site works

(a). Single storey entrance building with function space, gallery space, staff kitchen and office space (total gfa: 480 sqm) (b). Two storey office block (total gfa: 1023 sqm) (c). Single storey plant/ service block (total gfa: 65 sqm) The site development works include - a proposed central courtyard, covered walkways and small outdoor performance space. - New circulation road and staff parking. - Primary vehicular access to the site is maintained via the existing main entrance to the site from R674 with proposed upgrading of entrance way. - Bin Refuse Storage Area and Designated Bicycle Shelter providing for 17 no. spaces. - New external landscaped areas. - Extension to existing Playground with new playground facilities and parking. - All associated site development works including all landscaping and site service works.

Development to include the construction of two storey extension to rear, side and over existing dwelling, two no. single storey rear extensions, entrance canopy and car port to front of existing dwelling. Works to include single storey extension to existing garage, new garden shed and all associated internal remodelling and site works
