Demolition of existing sludge bed. Construction of new inlet works, storm tank, picket fence thickener, pumping stations, control buildings and all ancillary site works

An amendment to the design of the foul main drainage strategy associated with the works currently underway at the new post-primary school Colaiste Chiarain, previously granted permission under Planning Ref. no. 16/50. Permission is sought to change the foul sewer design strategy from the previous pumped solution as submitted under the foregoing planning reference to a gravity fall sewer, terminating at the existing Croom waste treatment facility and for all associated site works

The extensions and alterations to existing house, new garage, alterations to existing site entrance, new waste water treatment system with percolation area and all ancillary site works

The construction of an entrance lobby with balcony over and all ancillary site works

The construction of a new sports ground for Croom United Football Club which will consist of; one astroturf soccer pitch with lighting and two grass pitches, a single story clubhouse of gross floor area 177m2 containing dressing rooms and a gym, the widening of the existing vehicular site entrance, the provision of vehicle parking including accessible spaces and EV charging stations, bicycle parking, a refuse store, new foul and water mains connections, the provision of SuDS measures including attenuation tanks, swales, and a raingarden with all associated landscaping and associated site works

Construction of an extension to the side and rear of the dwelling, replace existing flat roof at rear with a pitched roof with associated site works
