Planning permission sought to renovate and extend existing house to west and east, along with all associated site works. Permission sought for proposed new waste water treatment system with percolation area, along with all associated site works

Existing extension to dwellinghouse and shed/store

The construction of (1) a porch at the front entrance, (2) a canopy over side door at front, (3) a bay window to kitchen at ground floor to rear with balcony over, (4) replacement of window with door to side elevation, (5) replacement of first floor window with double doors onto balcony to rear elevation, (6) replacement of all uPVC windows to the front elevation with timber sliding sash windows, and (7) a storage shed within the farmyard of an existing dwelling - the proposed development is within the curtilage of a protected structure (No. 646 as identified in the North Tipperary County Register of Protected Structures)
