Of (i) reversible works to the roof of Cahercon House comprising infill of 3 No. ‘A’ section roof areas with standing seam zinc roofing; (ii) the insertion of a central roof light within the ‘Threshing Barn’ farm outbuilding; and (iii) all associated and ancillary works at Cahiracon, Killadysert, Co. Clare and relating to Cahiracon House (a protected structure) (also known as 'Cahercon House') and the 'Threshing Barn' building within the overall site

For development which will consist of; a redesign of a permission previously granted under Planning Reference 19/410 for alterations and an extension to the existing dwelling, including demolition of the existing 1960s extension, raising the existing roof by 1.2m, internal layout changes, replacement of windows, doors and finishes, an extension with a mezzanine of 48 m2 and the replacement of the sewage treatment system and alterations to site works and services. The new application will consist of; 1.) the demolition of the existing 1960s rear extension to the existing dwelling, 2.) the construction of a 2-storey extension to the rear, 3.) the construction of a single storey outbuildings link to the front, 4.) the renovation of the existing outbuildings as part of the main dwelling, 5.) the replacement of all external windows and doors, 6.) revised internal layout to include 5 bedrooms, 7.) renovation of the existing roof and new roofs to outbuildings, 8.) driveway for vehicle access and parking and 9.) new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works above and below ground. This is a Protected Structure, situated within the estate of Cahiracon House (NIAH NO. 20406901, RPS NO. 446)

Alterations to consist of demolition of existing 1960s extension, raise roof by 1.2M, internal layout changes, replacement windows, doors and finishes and extension with mezzanine 48m2, with replacement sewage treatment system and alterations to site works and services

Of a single-storey holiday home comprising the reuse and extension of the remaining elements of a derelict dwelling, together with the construction of a detached home office, provision of a new site entrance from the existing access to the Cahercon Estate off the R473 local road, tarmac driveway, installation of a wastewater treatment system with polishing filter and percolation area, air-to-water heat pump, EV charging point, hard and soft landscaping, and all associated site works

For development which will consist of the construction of a proposed new detached dwelling house, separate garage, new entrance, new waste water treatment system, connections to site service, and all associated site works and landscaping
