Demolition of a cottage, the construction of 9 dwellings, (3 no. detached, two storey with attic space, four bedroom units and 6 no. semi-detached, two storey with attic space, four bedroom units), together with the re-alignment of the entrance to an existing dwelling and associated site works

The development will consist of the demolition of 1 no. cottage and adjacent shed, the demolition of an additional existing steel shed on the northwest part of the site, the decommissioning of an existing septic tank and associated percolation area on the west part of the site and the construction of 12 dwellings - 1no two storey 3 bedroom detached house, 2 no two storey terraces of four houses each, and 1 no two storey terrace of three houses, and will also include a new sewage connection and the realignment of the entrance to an existing dwelling adjoining the northern boundary of the site A84RF86, and a new sewage connection only to an existing dwelling A84EY80, adjoining the south eastern boundary of the site. The development also includes all ancillary site works including provision of access road and landscaped public open space. Alterations to previously approved dwelling (Planning Register Number AA/190590) which is currently until construction at Site B, to the rear of Bridge Cottage, Milltown Road, Ashbourne, Co. Meath with access from Crenigans Banog to be known as 94 Crenigans Banog, Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The development will consist of a) Change in roof pitch of main roof with a subsequent increase in ridge height of 1586mm, ridge of front gable subsequently increases in height by 524mm, 2 No. rooflights to the front elevation of the main roof and 6 No. rooflights to the rear elevation of the main roof, b) Internal elevations to layout including the conversion of the attic space to habitable accommodation, c) Minor elevational alterations. This application is running concurrently to a planning application for similar amendments to the neighbouring property to be known as 93 Crenigans Banog
