Reopen section of the Ulster Canal from Lough Erne to Clones Town of a total distance of approximately 11.6km. The construction of approx. 2.7km of new canal section, 1.6m deep with average bed width of 8m and surface water width of 18m. The provision of a vehicular towpath and pedestrian pathway access along the canal section. The construction of a new road bridge and road layout at the site of the existing bridge known as Drumsloe Swing Bridge. The refurbishment of the original canal bridge known as Kellys Bridge at Clonlura, including the alterations to the existing under-path to heritage approved standards. Construction of a mooring at Teehill (Clones Town).

Permission to construct an outdoor walking track with low level bollard lighting together with all ancillary site works within the curtilage of existing community resource centre

Permission to construct an outdoor covered meeting & recreation space together with all ancillary site works to the rear of existing community resource centre

Retention permission is sought for a single-storey domestic extension comprising of a kitchen / dining area, living room, utility and bathroom along with all ancillary works. Retention permission is also sought for elevational changes to an existing garage on the site

Permission to construct a new bungalow style dwelling house and detached domestic garage, install new mechanical effluent treatment system, subsoil percolation area, construct new domestic entrance together with all ancillary site works

Retain changes to elevations and sections on Planning Ref. 18/305 as granted (changes include part of shed has roof omitted - Animal holding area now open, pitch and ridge heights reduced- No change in floor area)
