A thirty year planning permission for an additional four (4) wind turbines to an existing fifteen (15) turbine windfarm. The proposed development will constitute the following: (a) the construction of four (4) wind turbines with hub heights of up to 92 metres with an overall height of up to 150 metres to blade tip.; (b) the construction of crane hardstand areas located beside each turbine; (c) the construction of two (2) 20 Kv substation buildings with associated electrical plant, equipment and security fences; (d) Internal windfarm underground cabling; (e) the construction of new site access tracks and the provision of upgraded access roads; (f) Installation of a drainage system for the proposed hardstand and road areas; (g) Underground grid connection approximately five (5) Km in length, predominantly along existing public road network; (h) all associated site development and ancillary works. The planning application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and by a Natura Impact Statement in lieu of a thirty year planning permission for an additional six(6) wind turbines to an existing fifteen (15) turbine windfarm in the townlands of Lackagh, Tullynamoyle, Gowlaun and Altavra, Killarga, County Leitrim. The grid connection to Corderry Substation will be located in the townlands of Knockacullion, Tawnahoney, Lisnagowan, Tawnylea, Derrintawny, Shivdelagh, Cloonagh, Drumduffy and Corderry, Killarga County Leitrim. Amendment to the development permitted under Leitrim County Planning Register Reference P.19/26 for the construction of a culvert crossing to an existing stream along the access to consented wind turbine no. 18.The planning application will be accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

Development comprising of the construction and operation of a meteorological mast that will be 64 metres in overall height. Ancillary developments will include a small crane hardstand (144msq.), construction of new access tracks (15m), underground electrical cable and communications lines connecting the meteorological mast to the consented substation building, within Tullynamoyle Townland, Co. Leitrim. Once erected the mast will operate for a period of 25 years. The Planning Application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)

1. To construct a single storey flat roof domestic extension. 2. To make elevational changes to both side gables and the front elevation of the existing domestic dwelling. 3. To upgrade a wastewater treatment system to EPA code of practice and all ancillary works.

Retention of the existing 30m telecommunications tower together with associated antenna, dishes and ground based equipment all enclosed within security fencing

Amend a previously permitted development granted planning permission granted under An Bord Pleanála Reference PL12.312895 (Leitrim Co Co Reference 21/57) in the townlands of Tullinloughan, Lackagh, Tullynamoyle and Gowlaun, County Leitrim. The permitted development provides for the construction of a 10 year permission for an additional 4 wind turbines with ancillary substation building, container unit, and associated plant and site development works under a 10-year duration planning permission. The proposed amendments to the permitted development comprise: • Increase in the tip height of the consented turbines from 155 to 156.5 metres and increase the rotor diameter from 126 to 138 metres • Resiting of T16, circa 10 metres south of the consented location • Resiting of T22, circa 12 metres north of the consented location • Realignment of the access road at T17 • Provision of a new cable from T22 back to the consented Tullynamoyle Substation A design flexibility opinion issued by Leitrim County Council on 16th August 2024 accompanies this application. The details unconfirmed in this application are the turbine tip height, rotor diameter and hub height.
