Demolition of an existing single storey rear extension and the erection of a replacement single storey, flat roof rear and side extension as well as the installation of new external insulation to the exising house.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure; new gable window; new access stairs and flat roof dormer to the rear.

Upgrading works to existing two storey pitched roof semi-detached house include: removal of existing shed to rear, new single storey flat roof extension to side and rear of existing house to include 3 rooflights, new partial two storey flat roof extension to side and rear of existing house, internal alterations and all other associated ancillary site works.

Alterations to dwelling; extend dormer to front; extend dormer to rear; associated site works.

1) Proposed single storey extension to the rear, to include a low pitch zinc roof with rooflight. Re-use of existing doors to form new sun room; 2) New glazed roof & enclosed store to side passage; 3) New extended terrace using existing paving slabs; 4) Internal alterations and all associated site and drainage works.

Removal of chimneys, construction of a single storey extension to the rear and first floor extension to the front; alterations to windows to all elevations including repositioning, removal and new windows; front elevation to be redesigned and will include a new canopy, canopy supports, a bay window, brick finish at ground level and timber detailing to gable at roof level; all associated site work including gates to side. Retention is sought for rooflights to existing attic conversion.
