Erection of 2 two storey industrial units adjacent to existing S1 unit comprising of warehouse, office and toilet at ground floor level and proposed storage to mezzanine floor level; alterations to external area/existing car park and all associated site works.

Construction of a new industrial unit for storage and office purposes, the relocation of an existing fire escape door on existing Unit D1, and all associated site works.

Alterations to the building to facilitate the conversion of the existing Test Centre into a ''Drive - Through'' Test Centre in line with incoming RSA/CVRT regulatory policy. The alterations are mostly internal, including the re-positioning of partitions and the vehicular test equipment to facilitate the proposed 'drive - through' circulation route. Externally, there are alterations to the front facade including the removal of the glazed screen of the existing disused showroom and the insertion in that area of two new vehicular openings that will be similar to the one existing vehicular opening.

Construction of 6 warehouse units with associated offices, associated signage for each unit, boundary treatment, associated drainage and ancillary siteworks.
