Demolition of existing detached shed (c. 6m sq.) and construction of a single storey detached laundry/ storage shed (c.24.5m sq.) to side (south east) of existing nursing home for use incidental with the nursing home and with all finishes to match existing building, including all associated site works.

Single storey extension to front and rear of existing dwelling.

Extending the existing the school with a single storey office & administration extension to the south of the building, and a single storey classroom extension to the east of the building. The works will also include alterations to the interior of the existing building to accommodate a new accessible WC and food preparation area. The works will include all associated ancillary works, landscaping and services.

Change of use of existing creche to a single family dwelling with some minor internal alterations, no external alterations to the existing building are proposed.
