The change of usage from holiday home use to permanent residential use

The development will consist of:- Internal reconfigurations at ground floor level to provide an additional 11 no. bedrooms, enlarged beauty salon, treatment room, nurses station and relocated toilets, stores and staff areas. Ancillary alterations to elevations and all associated site works and services.

The installation of a 15 metres monopole carrying antennas, Dish, RRU's (Remote Radio Units), Cabinet, Fencing and Access gate together with Ground-based equipment and all associated site development works for wireless data and broadband services
