To construct 2 No. 13.5m long x 6.5m wide sludge drying reed beds and associated site works within the boundary of the existing Fenagh Wastewater Treatment Plant

Permission is sought for the construction of 2 no. semi-detached houses, connection to existing public foul sewer, stormwater sewer and watermain with all associated ancillary site works

Permission is sought for revisions to previous grant of planning permission granted on foot of planning reference 17/132, the revisions relate to House Numbers 1, 2 & 3 include (a) revised finished floor levels (b) revised dwelling orientation (c) revised elevations with the omission of chimneys

Development will consist of the construction of a housing development of 42 dwellings, consisting of 36 No. two storey semi-detached dwellings, 6 No. two storey terrace dwellings, new site entrance, internal site roads, connections to services, public open space, landscaping, boundaries, a small memorial park with seating to part of the roadside boundary and all associated siteworks

Permission to consist of the following (a) demolition of existing single storey extension & partial demolition of existing storage shed, all to rear of existing dwelling. (b) construct new single storey extension to rear of dwelling (c) minor internal and external alterations and all ancillary site works

Permission for the following: (a) Replace existing 5 no. flood light poles with 8 no. 15 mt high flood light poles and associated LED lighting. (b) Proposed walking track with associated lighting poles and LED lighting (c) Removal of existing 2 no. dugouts on east side of pitch and install 2 no. new dugouts to west side of pitch (d) Replace existing playing pitch perimeter fencing with similar style fencing (e) Repositioning of north side ball stop netting, and all associated ancillary site works
