Clare, from its previously permitted office use, to a local service restaurant and retail use, works to include reconfiguration of the existing elevations to provide increased glazing, an external canopy, signage both on the building, and free-standing, roof level plant enclosure, provision of outdoor paved seating area, bicycle parking and reconfigured car parking as well as all ancillary site works and service alterations

For the Demolition of existing industrial/office buildings within Bays 77 and 79 of the Shannon Industrial Estate and associated site clearance works along with all other associated site works to allow for future development on the site at Caherteige and Drumgeely Td

For development which will consist of alterations and amendments to the elevations, external finishes and site works previously permitted under Planning Reference No P20/575

To: construct of 1 no Advanced Technology Manufacturing Unit. The building consists of a single storey high-bay industrial floor with ancillary office area and roof plant. Site works consists of the provision of an enclosed service yard with dedicated plant and refuse storage compound, rainwater harvesting tank and new sub-station, cycle parking and external landscaping, along with all associated site works, services and signage. Demolition of existing sub-station. The Building will replace the existing structures on site, the demolition which was granted under planning reference no P19-822.
