Signage, too, is included as illustrated. While the proposed building is intended for storage and display purposes only, it should be noted that Packaging Laundry Ltd do hold a Waste Licence (EPA Waste Licence under the Waste Management Act 1996, as amended) on the existing Packaging Laundry site immediately adjacent. Finally, it should be noted that the existing Wicklow Joinery road-entrance from Wurtzburg Avenue will be closed-over, and the proposed building will be accessed via the existing Packaging Laundry apron within Oldcourt Business Park
