The demolition of existing derelict dwelling house and existing buildings, modification to existing entrance and the construction of 4-bedroom dwelling house, new wastewater treatment system with percolation area together with all associated landscaping and external site works

To construct a new milking parlour and dairy holding yard, concrete aprons and all associated works to existing farmyard area

1) To remove the existing dormer roof from the existing house and construct two storey section over the existing footprint while leaving in place the existing roof over the old cottage section which is on the right hand side when viewed from the public road. 2) To construct a single storey plus two storey extension to the rear. 3) To demolish the existing steel shed to the rear with a floor area of 50.68 sq.m. 4) To upgrade the existing entrance to the requirements of the Roads Department of Carlow County Council. 5) To decommission and remove the existing septic tank and replace it with a secondary effluent system with a soil polishing filter. 6) Construct a domestic type garage to the right hand side of the site as viewed from the public road. 7) All ancillary groundworks associated with the above. The existing house has a ground floor area of 95.67 sq.m and a first floor area of 68.64 sq.m. The proposed works will add a further 98.90 sq.m to the ground floor and a further 130.02 sq.m to the first floor.

A two storey dwelling, garage, carport, site entrance, well, septic tank, percolation area, landscaping and all associated site works.

To construct a single storey dwelling, detached single storey garage, new entrance and associated landscaping, bored well, waste treatment system, percolation area and all associated site works.
