EXTENSION OF DURATION of Planning Reg. No. 16/325; to construct a dormer style dwelling and detached domestic garage, connect to all existing services, construct new domestic entrance together with all ancillary site works

Alterations to previously granted Planning Reference 16/320. The alterations include revised design from a proposed dormer bungalow and detached garage, to a two storey house and all ancillary site development works

To construct 1 no. pig house (to provide for enhanced animal welfare standards), together with all ancillary structures and all associated site works arising from the development, significant further information received

For alterations to existing dwelling (2) provision of a two storey extension to the eastern side of existing dwelling - 6m in height (3) ancillary site works
