For alterations to previously granted permission P17-423 for domestic garage/store. These alterations are for change of design and location plus all ancillary site works.

To extend the existing Sancta Maria Nursing Home, including material alterations to existing building layout, associated material alteration to the existing elevations, revised site layout, close one existing road entrance, replace existing treatment system and percolation area with a new site specific waste water treatment system and percolation area to EPA Guidelines including all ancillary site works at Sancta Maria Nursing Home

For the development which will consist of the demolition of an existing dwelling, stables, external sheds & stores, and the construction of a new single storey split-level dwelling with associated carport, detached garage, sheds & store, the installation of gates to the existing site entrance, provision of a wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, and ancillary site works.

To decommission and remove existing septic tank and percolation area servicing the existing dwelling house and to install a new waste water treatment system
