Proposed subdivision of the existing single storey house into 2 detached dwellings, North house and South house, including the associated subdivision of the existing house plot, demolition & replacement of existing domestic garage & demolition and making good of parts of existing house to provide a separation between the 2 proposed houses, a 2-storey extension to North house, separate vehicular access to the public roadway (existing entrance relocated & one new entrance), connections to main services & all associated site development works.

(A) proposed part two storey, part single storey detached four-bedroom house to the south of the site including part demolition of dwelling which is on the same site as permitted PRR 22/986 for subdivision of the existing house for ‘North House’. (B) Provision of surface water soakaway to meet BRE Digest 365 standards for the new detached house. (C) All associated site development works, drainage and landscaping to accommodate new dwelling to south of site, with the use of the existing private foul sewer connection into the public foul sewer in public road

Subdivision of existing house into 2 detached dwellings, one part two storey and one single storey, demolition of existing domestic garage and part demolition of existing house to provide a separation distance of 4.1 meters between the two proposed houses, extension of each section of the existing house to create two independent dwellings, each with its own independent site area, separate vehicular access to the public roadway (one existing entrance relocated and one proposed additional entrance), utilities connections and all associated ground and landscaping works

A proposed modification to approved development (Ref. 18/777) which comprised of the subdivision of existing house & site into 2 no. detached dwellings (one part single storey & one part 2-storey), demolition of an existing domestic garage & part of existing house, extension of each house, both houses with independent services & vehicular accesses onto the public road together with ancillary site development works. The proposed modification to the approved development comprises of a minor adjustment to the sub-division boundary (circa 1 metre), minor revisions to the approved elevations, windows & roof lights on the extended ‘North house’ & additional small single storey lean-to portion at rear of the approved 2-storey extension
