INVERTER STATIONS AND 14 AUXILIARY TRANSFORMERS ARE PROPOSED FOR THE BATTERY CONTAINERS. THE ENTIRE SITE WILL CONSIST OF VARIOUS UNDERGROUND CABLES AND DUCTS, BOUNDARY SECURING FENCE, COMPOUND LIGHTING AND PALISADE GATES AND FENCING, NEW INTERNAL ACCESS TRACK, SECURITY LIGHTING, CCTV, HARDSTANDING AREAS AND ALL NECESSARY FOUNDATION WORKS. PERMISSION IS ALSO SOUGHT FOR 2 ELECTRICAL TRANSFORMERS (UP TO 220KV), ASSOCIATED HV EQUIPMENT AND UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL GRID CONNECTION CABLING AND DUCTING CONNECTING THE DEVELOPMENT TO THE NATIONAL GRID AT THE ADJACENT ESB/EIRGRID SUBSTATION.
