The proposed development will consist of the demolition of three existing chimneys, the demolition of the existing rear extension, and the demolition of the existing front boundary wall. The works will include the construction of a new zinc-clad bay window, a single-storey side extension which wraps into a single-storey rear extension all to accommodate a reconfigured ground-floor layout. The front and side facade will include a wrapped canopy in zinc cladding and the front façade will be modernised with timber cladding at ground-floor level and with a sand cement render finish at first-floor level.
