Modifications to a mixed-use development permitted under Reg. Ref. 3619/18 (as extended by Reg. Ref. 3619/18/X1) at No. 75-78 Cork Street, Dublin 8. The application site comprises of c.0.02 hectares and is bound by Cork Street to the south east, No. 79 Cork Street to the east, No. 74 Cork Street to the south-west and Our Lady's Road and Rosary Road to the north-west. The modifications proposed to the permitted scheme include relocation of the permitted ESB substation within the development in order to facilitate service access from Our Lady's Road. Permission is sought by Pames Developments Limited for modifications to a previously approved development, register reference 2290/19 for 29 apartments at 6, 6a & 7 Pim Street, Dublin 8.The proposed modifications comprise the following: 1. Reconfiguration of the main internal stairs, lift core and common access corridors together with the removal of the second stairs from the rear courtyard to the first floor and consequent reconfiguration of the apartment layouts. These modifications are necessary to achieve compliance with Part B Fire and Part M Access of the Second Schedule of the Building Regulations.
