The proposed development consists of minor amendments to the permitted and under construction Marshall Yards Development, as permitted under ABP-304710-19. The proposed amendments relate to the ground floor units, podium car parks and plant areas and not relating to any residential unit. The above minor amendments have resulted in some alteration to permitted floor areas in the ground floor units however there is no increase in overall permitted floor area.
