The associated site and infrastructural works include provision for water services; foul and surface water drainage and connections; waste water pumping station; attenuation proposals; permeable paving; all landscaping works including tree protection, tree removal and new tree planting; green roofs; boundary treatment; internal roads and footpaths; and electrical services. The application contains a statement setting out how the proposal will be consistent with the Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Development Plan 2016-2022.
