The development will also include 18 on-curtilage car parking spaces associated with the detached dwelling units, 43 at-grade car parking spaces associated with the duplex units, 47 car parking spaces at basement level of the apartment block (c.1,808 sqm), 2,929 sqm of open space, including a children's play area and all associated site development works above and below ground, including site services.

The revised drainage route is to the south of the site with the wastewater proposed to discharge to the existing system in Woodlands Avenue with the surface water to discharge to the existing system in the old Dublin Road.
