PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the refurbishment and the restoration of the existing house (currently in two separate units) into a single family home, with works to include: i) reinstatement of stairs to basement ii) removal of non-original toilet and lobby extension at piano nobile level iii) alterations to ground floor to provide new family, utility, kitchen and double height living spaces iv) alterations to piano nobile level to include access from proposed office space to new library v) revisions to first floor to provide en-suite and family bathroom vi) re-servicing and decoration of the interior. Exterior works to include: a) construction of new external deck and screen with access from piano nobile level through existing dining room with new external stair to garden level; b) new paving to archway and forecourt to rear with new gate and screen to laneway c) two no. new access openings in existing garden wall d) two new freestanding porch structures to rear e) new solar photovoltaics at rear pitch of house f) removal of existing roof light and installation of new roof light to proposed dressing area at first floor.

The Development will consist of: • Change of use to consist of joining of 2no. mid-terrace two storey three bedroom houses into 1no. five bedroom house; • The demolition of the existing single storey extensions to rear of both houses, demolition of the rear elevation and part demolition of the rear roof to No. 36 and demolition of the existing shared chimney between both houses; • The construction of a single storey extension to the rear of No. 37 and two storey extension to the rear of No. 36 with associated attic conversion; • Construction of a single storey extension to the rear of No. 37 with rooflight and feature portal frame (across both properties); • New bench, wall treatment and window / door alterations to the front elevation and • All associated internal and external alterations, site, drainage and landscaping works.
PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission is sought for demolition of existing sheds and external stairway and construction of single and three storey extension and new shed to rear of terraced three storey dwelling including widening of basement window to front, internal alterations, and all associated site works.
PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed works include the construction of a single storey 54m sq. Garden Room, the use of which is solely ancillary to 14 Palmerston Road. The structure will be clad in granite and reclaimed brick detailing with a sedum grass roof and 2No. Rooflights.
PROTECTED STRUCTURE The development will consist of internal and external alterations to convert the Protected Structure to a single-family dwelling. External alterations will consist of re-pointing of brickwork, replacement of all windows and doors, installation of new rooflights, and construction of a new single-storey extension (11sqm) to the rear at garden level. Internal alterations will consist of amendments to the layout at each floor, new internal staircase from garden level to entrance level, and associated refurbishment works.
PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for the development at 63 Palmerston Road, Dublin 6, D06 R6C2 (a Protected Structure). The development will consist of a new vehicular entrance (c. 3m wide) in the form of swing gates; 3 no. car parking spaces (5m x 3m each); an electric vehicle charging point, and associated site development works.
The proposed works will consist of the partial demolition of the existing rear garden wall and the provision of a vehicular parking space with an electric vehicle charging point in the rear garden, accessed via a new gated vehicular entrance portal with associated boundary treatment works.
