Retention of north-eastern boundary wall (height 1.3m), including a 1.57m wide pedestrian entrance

(i) The construction of two number four bedroomed detached houses with dormer structures and all associated works. The houses consist of living room, utility, kitchen, WC and store at ground floor, three bedrooms, WC and store at first floor bedroom/attic area with ensuite at dormer attic level. (ii) raising existing side boundary wall to 2m high up to main building line on the north east, construction of new boundary wall between two dwellings and new 3.5m wide front entrances to both dwellings. (iii) private amenity space, boundary treatment, landscaping, SuDS drainage and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development. (1) Change of use of the existing ground floor (411sq.m) and first floor (401sq.m) levels from previously granted Showroom/Warehouse storage under Reg. Ref. S01A/0173 and further extended under Reg. Construction of 5 warehouse / logistics units (Units 1, 2 3, 4 and 6), Including ancillary office use and entrance / reception areas over two levels, with maximum heights of c. 17.09 metres and a combined total gross floor area (GFA) of 20,158sq.m; Each warehouse / logistics unit includes car parking to the front, and service yards, including HGV loading bays, to the rear of each unit; Signage zones are proposed for each unit; A total of 200 car parking spaces and 110 cycle spaces are provided for the 5 warehous2e / logistics units; Construction of 3 three storey own-door office buildings (Block SA, SB and SC) with maximum heights of c. 13.45 metres and a combined GFA of 4,194sq.m; Signage zones are proposed at the entrances to the buildings; A total of 77 car parking spaces, 50 cycle parking spaces and a bin storage area are provided for the proposed office buildings; Construction of a cafe/restaurant unit with a maximum height of c. 6.09 metres and a GFA of 213sq.m to be located in the south western section of the site; The proposal includes signage for the unit, associated outdoor seating and a bin store; 14 car parking spaces and 10 cycle spaces are provided for the cafe/restaurant unit; The proposal includes 5 ESB substation buildings; The development is to be accessed off Ballymount Avenue and Calmount Road and includes for alterations and upgrades to the public footpaths and road; The development provides for vehicular and service access points, associated internal access roads, circulation areas and footpaths; The proposal includes landscaping and planting, entrance signage, boundary treatments, lighting, PV panels, green roofs, underground foul and storm water drainage network, including connections to the foul and surface water drainage network on the public roads, attenuation areas and all associated site works and development.

Alterations to Unit 6 permitted under Reg. Ref.: SD22A/0099 The proposed alterations to the permitted Unit 6 are as follows: Internal alterations at the ground floor level of the permitted warehouse/logistics unit to provide additional ancillary staff welfare facilities, an ancillary trade counter and associated office and storage area, and an ancillary innovation area / testing room; Repositioning of Stair Core 2 at ground and first floor level and proposed extension to the ancillary office floorspace at first floor level, with an additional gross floor area of 110 sq.m; Provision of a first-floor mezzanine level of additional warehouse/logistics floorspace with a GFA of 1,180 sq.m, accessed by new stairs from ground floor level; Alterations to the permitted elevational treatment, including: Reconfiguration and additional glazing on the south-east, south-west and north-east elevations as a result of the proposed internal layout alterations; Removal of the office entrance on the south-east elevation and opaque glazing screen from the WC core on the south-west elevation; Alterations to the cladding arrangements and parapet levels on all elevations (no increase in permitted building height); Central repositioning of grade and dock loading doors on the north-west elevation; Additional entrance doors along the south-west elevation to align with the revised internal layout; Other associated alterations including to the landscaped areas and the extent of boundary fencing; Reconfiguration of the car parking layout, including provision of 3 no. additional parking spaces (40 no. spaces in total, including 2 no. accessible spaces and 8 no. EV charging car parking spaces); Provision of 6 no. additional EV charging spaces for delivery vans to the north of the unit within the service yard; All associated site development works. The proposed alterations result in an overall increase of 1,279 sq.m in the total GFA of the warehouse/logistics unit from 3,997 sq.m to 5,276 sq.m (including ancillary office, trade and staff welfare facilities).

Change of use of existing detached warehouse unit to vehicle service workshop including new internal works to from new staff canteen and toilet accommodation; new fire door exit doors; roller shutter door to existing elevations and attached illuminated building signage.

1. Construction of a two storey side extension with a gable ended roof to consist of a living room, WC and utility at ground floor and master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a bathroom on the first floor. 2. Installation of a new canopy roof to the south side of the existing Heiton Steel warehouse and all associated site works.

Construction of a new bus interchange to replace that existing at Red Cow Luas park and ride car park. The proposed works consist of the provision of 9 new sawtooth type bus bays, bus shelters, overhead canopies, a bicycle building, passenger and driver welfare facilities, and an electrical substation. A new carriageway arrangement for bus access and circulation including a reconfiguration of the western car park layout to allow for provision of taxi and drop off facilities is also proposed. The proposed works also include minor realignment of the park and ride access road between the mini roundabout entrance to the western car park and the mini roundabout entrance to the eastern car park. The existing Luas stop, depot building, surface parking facilities and bus interchange were originally granted permission under LRO 59 of 1999.

Erection and installation of 124 photovoltaic solar panels with an area of 235.6sq.m (with average size of 1.9sq.m per panel) on the existing roofslope and all associated alterations to existing elevations, site and ancillary works.

Retention of 2 single storey extensions to the industrial use at Plant Area 2 including a 124sqm extension with a sliding door entrance and a sloping lean to roof to the east and a 34sqm extension with a rolling shutter and a sloping lean to roof at the south west; and all associated site works.

Planning permission for attic conversion with 2 dormers to rear roof to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion as non-habitable storage space with roof windows to front all with associated ancillary works

Extension, Change of Use and alterations to Kilnamanagh Shopping Centre; A two storey extension is proposed along the centre's eastern elevation (total GFA increase of 2,336sq.m); Change of Use of the first-floor retail area (last used by Dunnes Stores as textile sales space) which will be extended and subdivided to provide for two new non-retail, service units; Unit 1 will extend to c.1,411sq.m for use as a health centre and Unit 2 will extend to 790sq.m for use as a gym; Removal of condition 3 of PA Ref: SD06a/0095 to allow for the increased net sales area to allow for the increase in net comparison sales space at ground floor level; New entrance ramp and steps at the north of the extension; The southern lobby entrance into Dunnes Stores will be demolished and replaced with a new glazed lobby entrance; New walkway canopy generally on the north and south elevations; New ramped access next to existing pedestrian entrance steps on Mayberry Road; Reconfigure existing entrance to Treepark Road including revised parking layout generally around the east side of the building to allow for an adjusted, one-way, system around the centre; Car parking, as a result of the extension, will be reduced; Four electric vehicle parking spaces; Covered cycle parking; New enclosed service yard wall and gates to existing service area on the west side of the centre; New signage (including illumination) proposed to elevations including two Totem signs; Recladding on elevations. Additional landscaping treatment generally around the east side of the centre arising from the amendments to the car park. Landscaping works and all drainage works including SUDS measures; All other ancillary works to facilitate the development.

The development will consist of: 1. The change of use of part of the first floor from retail to gym use within a unit with a gross floor area of circa 790sqms; 2. Alterations to ground floor lobby entrance and steps; and 3. The installation of temporary wheelchair access ramp to the lobby entrance along the centre's eastern elevation. 4. Planning permission for a 24 hour gym; 5. Erect two new external signs, including manifestations to first floor windows. 6. Installation of bicycle parking.

The development will consist of alterations to the retail unit as permitted under Reg. Ref. SD22A/0285 and will comprise (i) an external bin store and plant enclosure (c.33 sq.m), (ii) the provision of an ancillary off-licence sales area of c.21 sq. m within the permitted retail unit, (iii) minor external alterations to the Greenhills Road (shopfront) elevation to include an automatic sliding entrance door, signage and vinyl window coverings, (iv) all ancillary site services and site development works.

The extension and renovation of The Cuckoo's Nest public house but retaining the original front part of the building & re-establishing a public house/gastro pub use at ground & first floor level (c.464m2). The proposed development also consists of the construction of a 3 and 4 storey building to the side and rear of the existing building, which will accommodate public house use at ground floor, retail / shop local use (c. 283m2) also at ground floor, with 11 no. apartments overhead. The proposed residential accommodation is comprised of 5 no. 1 bed apartments and 6 no. 2 bed apartments. The proposed development will be a modification to a previously permitted development under Ref.s SD19A/0287 & ABP-30603019, with access to the development via an existing / permitted vehicular entrance off the Greenhills Road. The proposed development Includes for all associated site development works, surface car parking, 6Icycle parking, communal open space & landscaping, pedestrian access to the adjoining Temple Woods development, bin storage and the retention of an existing cellar (84.1m2) underneath the public house which will be used as storage associated with the proposed public house use, all on a site area of 0.24ha.

Planning Permission for the Demolition of existing Garden Shed and proposed creation of new work from home office/ home gym and garden toom to the rear of existing dwelling

(The development will also include the underground diversion of the existing ESB power line traversing the south-eastern corner of the site.)

Permission to change the use of Unit 3 of Block 2, from retail to a medical practice as well as permission for associated signage area and all associated works to complete the development.

Aldi Stores (Ireland) Limited are applying for permission for the construction of a single storey Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) Kiosk (Gross Floor Area: 17 sq.m) including 2 no. signage panel areas for branding on the side elevation of the DRS Kiosk (1.0m x 2.0m), and all associated site development works. The development will result in the removal of 2 no. existing car parking spaces in the car park that serves the existing Aldi store at Belgard Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24 D24 VY77.
