PROTECTED STRUCTURE: permission for development at a site c. 0.13Ha (1,306 sq m) RPS reference no. 2920 & 8537) The development proposes the demolition of total of c.264 sq m including the existing flat roof terrace on Price's Lane and the link corridor to the rear of the flat roof terrace; the demolition of a pitched roof along Price's Lane and the removal of the existing roof structure to the existing return within the interior of the existing block where additional floors are proposed. PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION & RETENTION: Planning permission and retention permission for alterations to the front of No. 55 Parnell Square West, Dublin 1, a protected structure (RPS 6414) incorporating the following: (a) Retention of a bin storage platform and associated balustrade to the front of the property measuring 1.8m2 in area, (b) Retention of the removal of a 1.7m section of wrought iron railings and associated stone plinth along the front door approach platform, (c) Planning permission to reinstate the original wrought iron railings, altered to form a set of swing gates, serving the bin storage platform.
RETENTION PERMISSION: The development will consist of retention of unauthorised signage/branding works on the front elevation of the subject building at ground floor level comprising: (i) a painted border surrounding the building entrance and adjoining 2 no. windows; (ii) a signage panel with associated paintwork atop the building entrance; (iii) advertising signage located within the centre of the arch window atop the building entrance.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE. The proposed development will consist of the construction of a single storey temporary radiology unit in the rotunda lower carpark, on a c. 0.076 ha site. PROTECTED STRUCTURE: permission for the change of use from Office to Hospitality to the Mezzanine Level a Protected Structure (Area 165.8m2) of the Westin Hotel 5 College Green (previous grant of permission 3914/17) to become the Presidential Suite for the hotel. The building is a protected structure (RPS:2009). The works will include soft refurbishments to change existing office space into a lounge, bedroom, cloak room and ensuite with an upgrade to mechanical and electrical and all associated works.
Planning Permission for development at Unit No. 32 Coles Lane, ILAC Shopping Centre, Henry Street/Mary Street, Dublin 1. The development will consist of: the change of use of the ground floor (vacant retail/permitted restaurant) and first floor (storage/permitted restaurant) of Unit No. 32 Coles Lane to a casino (304 sq.m) with ancillary family entertainment (48 sq.m) and circulation (103 sq.m).
