The development will consist of: (1) Permission for works comprising of: (i) Partial change of use from warehouse to office use at ground floor level [c.270sq.m GFA] and refurbishment of the existing first-floor office [c.263sq.m GFA] in the north of the unit. The office space [c.533sq.m Total GFA] will comprise individual offices, meeting rooms, stairwells and circulation areas, storage areas, plant, canteen facilities, and WC facilities - including a new accessible WC on the ground floor.
