Upgrade of existing tracks, roads and provision of new site access roads and hardstand areas. 7. Junction access road works. 8. 2 no. borrow pits. 9. 1 no. temporary construction compound. 10. Site Drainage. 11. Forestry Felling to facilitate construction and operation of the proposed development; and 12. All associated and ancillary site development works. The application is seeking a ten year planning permission and 30 year operational life from the date of commissioning of the wind farm. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) have been prepared in respect of the proposed developemnt
