Permission was previously granted for 4 houses at Brighton Grove per reg. ref. D18A/0143 of which 3 houses have been constructed no's 1, 2 and 4. The development will consist of the omission of the permitted house (D18A/0143) at site No 3 Brighton Grove to provide vehicular and pedestrian access to the site to the rear from the existing vehicular access on Brighton Road, the demolition of Primavera and Phoenix House (total demolition area 888m2 GFA) and the construction of a housing scheme on a development site area of 0.79 hectares.
