Permission is being sought for

Planning Permission is sought for: 1. The removal of the existing conservatory, rear facade of the existing dwelling & outhouse to the side. 2. The construction of a part single, part two-storey extension with associated north facing dormer, 4 X south facing roof lights & solar photovoltaic panels, along with elevation changes to the existing house. 3. All ancillary site and landscaping works together with new electric entrance gates and new bike & bin store.

The development will consist of the renovation and extension of an existing original 1-storey cottage to include (i) demolition of an existing non-original single-storey side and rear extension, (ii) construction of a new single-storey hipped roof, part-flat roof extension to sides and rear, (iii) internal modifications to existing original cottage, (iv) landscaping works to courtyard, side and rear garden areas, and (v) all associated site works.

Single-storey flat roof extensions to the front, side and rear, including relocation of the front door; partial demolition of the existing single storey rear extension; attic conversion to provide storage and an additional bedroom, including a side dormer to the north-facing roof slope; and new floor-to-gable glazing to the front elevation.

Revisions to approved planning (D18A/0418, ABP-303725-19, D23A/0021 and D23A/0037). The revisions comprise of a proposed relocation of 5 no. car parking spaces previously approved in the basement to surface level to accommodate additional plant requirements at basement level and alterations to basement gym layout. The application site is 0.935 hectares in size and sits adjacent to Dalkey Lodge, Barnhill Road (A Protected Structure).

Planning permission of revisions to the approved planning application (Register Reference D18A/0418, An Bord Pleanála Ref. No. ABP-303735-19). The revisions comprise of a change to the working hours under condition 12(b) of the approved permission to proposed new working hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 2.00pm Saturdays. The application site is 0.935 hectares in size and sits adjacent to Dalkey Lodge, Barnhill Road, Dalkey, Co. Dublin (A protected Structure).

The development will consist of amendments to the previously approved Planning Reference Reg Ref D18A/0418 & ABP-303725-19. The proposed amendments will consist of 1) Amendments to 9 no. 3 bedroom dwellings to be 4 bedroom dwellings, 2) Minor modifications to external elevations and materials of dwellings of house units 3-7 and 8-13, 3) Amendment to roof lights and removal of vaulted roof lights to apartment building. 4) Minor modifications to apartment building elevations, materials and apartment layouts. 5) Amendments to basement layout to apartment building. 6) Minor amendments to all associated site works and landscaping on a site of c 0.935 hectares.

Planning Permission for amendments to the landscape layout of the previously approved planning permission, Reg Ref No. D18A/0418 & ABP-303725-19. The proposed amendments will consist of 1) 6 additional car parking bays incorperated into the landscape. 2) Relocation of the ESB substation. 3) Addition of communal bin store. 4) Minor changes and detailing of landscape design, on a site of c.0.935 hectares. The proposed development is adjacent to 'Dalkey Lodge' (a protected structure)

Permission is sought for a new mixed-residential development comprising: erection of (a) 13 no. houses with private gardens comprising 2 no. two-bedroom detached single storey, 2 no. three-bedroom end-of-terrace two storey and 9 no. three-bedroom terraced two-and-a-half storey; (b) 23 no. apartment units with associated private amenity space comprising 9 no. one-bedroom, 10 no. two-bedroom (including 1 no. private terrace area), and 4 no. three-bedroom with private terraces in a three-storey over basement apartment building. The basement level will include 29 no. car parking spaces, 42 no. bicycle parking spaces; refuse storage, gym and associated courtyard, plant area and additional apartment storage units. Other works as part of the development to include: (c) 15 no. car parking spaces and 24 no. bicycle parking spaces at surface level; (d) upgrade of existing vehicular entrance on Barnhill Road with provision of internal roads, footpaths, shared surfaces and street lighting; (e) provision of public open space including courtyard with landscaping works to include tree planting and provision of green areas and treatments to site boundaries; (f) surface water and foul drainage; water connections and alteration to site levels; (g) demolition of existing two-storey dwelling (273 sq.m), entrance gates, piers and splay walls and ancillary single-storey outbuilding; and (h) all other site works necessary to facilitate the development on a site of c.0.935 hectares. The proposed development is adjacent to a protected structure.

Retention of existing 14.05sqm first floor extension to side of dwelling. Permission is sought for additional 4.64sqm first floor extension to the side with pitched roof and 20.09sqm first floor extension with flat roof to the rear of existing semi-detached dwelling to include new windows, internal alterations and associated works.

Retention Permission. Single storey 31.25 sqm structure as a non habitable garden studio with WC, located to the rear of existing dwelling.

Internal alterations to the existing first floor level, as well as the addition of attic accommodation and a new dormer structure to the rear, along with a new rooflight structure to the side of the existing hipped roof, and minor reconfigurations to the rear fenestration details, all along with associated landscaping, ancillary and site works

Permission for the following 1. Erect fully serviced

Erection of a new 1.8m high fence consisting of mild steel vertical bars and mild steel posts to the southern boundary of Dalkey lodge which is a protected structure.

Permission for the provision of the following, including all associated site-works; a) A ground floor extension (9sq.m.) with a first floor extension (15sq.m.) over, to the side and front, with front facing roof-lights. b) A relocation/centering of the front door to the dwelling, and alterations to the fenestration to the side and rear. c) A new vehicular entrance on the north eastern side boundary. d) A raising to 1.8m of the side boundary (1.2m wall with a 0.6m fence on top) from the new vehicular entrance to the front building line of the existing dwelling. e) A widening of the existing vehicular entrance on the north western boundary. f) The construction of two balconies at first floor level facing north east and north west.

Permission is sought to (a) Demolish the existing south bedroom extension and replace with a two storey conservatory and balcony. (b)To enlarge the existing west single story extension with a two storey extension and balcony. (c)To raise the existing roof by 1.9m to accommodate four attic bedrooms. (d)All other ancillary works.

Permission for development on this site. The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of the existing single storey side garage, demolition of existing roof structure, removal of internal walls 2. Construction of a new roof at a higher level to provide accommodation at roof level 3. New dormer on the South elevation and roof lights on both side of new roof. 4. Extend existing house to the side, rear and front. 5. Two storey pitched roof extension to the rear with first floor recessed balcony. 6. Elevational alterations to all sides of the property. 7. The works will also consist of widening of existing vehicular entrance, new entrance pillars, new pedestrian entrance, drainage works, landscaping and ancillary and associated works

1) The construction of dormer structure (approx 3m wide) to the rear roof (west). 2) Proposed east facing window in existing gable at attic level and all associated site works

Permission is sought for the demolition of existing two storey dwelling (118 sqm) plus attached garage (15 sqm) and the construction of a new two storey over basement dwelling (261 sqm) with ground floor / entrance level roof terrace to rear (19.5 sqm) and all associated site works and landscaping including new entrance gate and piers.

Retention permission is sought (as a revision to previously granted permission file ref D20A/0649) for the demolition of select additional internal and external walls at ground and first floor levels in order to accommodate proposed development at the site; and in addition, Planning Permission is sought (as a revision to previously granted permission file ref D20A/0649) for the construction of select new walls to replace additional demolished, as well as the construction of extended basement area of +32 sq. m. to incorporate new utility room and ground floor connection, along with minor revisions to the proposed ground floor layout along the eastern boundary.

Permission is sought for the construction of a part single storey, part 2 storey extension to west and north of existing 2 storey dwelling, conversion & single storey extension of existing attached garage and first floor extension to east, construction of part basement (total extension 107.5sqm), ground floor/entrance level roof terrace to rear (6sqm), modifications to existing dwelling, refuse bin and cycle store to front of existing dwelling and all associated site works and landscaping including widening existing vehicular entrance, new entrance gate and piers.

The development will consist of the demolition of garage, parts of rear pitched roof, chimney and rear conservatory, permission for single storey front, permission for side and rear extensions, first floor rear extension with change in roof profile and ancillary elevational alterations.

Conversion of attic to storage including a dormer window to the rear and two velux rooflights to the front all at roof level and a new window to the rear at first floor level.

Permission for development consisting of demolition of existing dormer dwelling house and construction of a new replacement house comprising 2storey over basement plantroom and store room at garden level, new vehicular entrance, upgrading all perimeter boundaries and all associated site works and services including landscaping works to front and rear gardens.

Permission is sought for a 2 Storey extension to the side of the existing house with access from front and rear to accommodate a new home office and living room.

Conversion & extension of the existing garage to a 14.7sqm habitable space with a new window to replace the garage door. 2. Constructionof a new 12.2sqm extension to front at first floor level above garage with 2 rooflight windows to the east facing pitched roof. 3. Construction of a new 18.7sqm 1 storey addition with an attached timber-framed open pergola to the rear of the existing house. 4. Construction of a new 3.2sqm porch to the front entrance. 5. Removal of 1 chimney breast and 6. Widening of the existing vehicular entrance gates and all associated development works.

Permission for the development of (i) The demolition of a 23.8sqm single storey garage to the side of the existing dwelling, partial demolition of the existing dwelling's roof, (ii) the widening of an existing entrance gateway, and (iii) the construction of a new two-storey, 99.3sqm extension to the side of the existing dwelling to be used as a Family Member Flat. Works also include some internal modifications, landscaping and all associated works above and below ground.

Permission is sought for works. The development consists of: demolition of existing converted garage to side of house (10.8 Sq m); reconstruction of existing single storey extension to rear (10.6 Sq m); construction of a part single, part two-storey extension to the side of the house (Ground Floor: 37.5 Sq m, First Floor: 21.9 Sq m); provision of an external insulated render system and associated finishes; alterations to the front elevation including extension of the existing roof to form a new covered porch area in front of new hall door; provision of rooflights; provision of solar panels to the rear roof slope; widening of existing vehicular entrance, associated works.

Construction of two extensions at first floor level of 20sqm in floor area above the existing study and store, and 17sqm in floor area above the existing kitchen.

Retention Permission for: Retention for existing vehicular access opening to remain at the current as built width of 4.5m.

Retention of the existing vehicular access (4.5m in width) fronting onto Barnhill Road including entrance piers and vehicular gate and the provision of 1 no. vehicular parking space and associated manouvering area within the curtilage of the dwelling. the development also includes all associated landscaping, boundary treatments, site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.

Permission is sought for: 1) Ground floor side door (to Castle Mews lane) and enclosed internal stairs (to access existing first floor apartment) with alteration of existing ground floor window to create the proposed door. 2) Block up of existing side first floor window and make new window (to match existing).

The development will consist of alterations to the existing house to include: 1) Removal of the existing external front porch and provision of a new single storey external front veranda to the house. 2) Alteration to the front elevation to include repositioning of the front door centrally in place of an existing window, providing a window in the position of the existing front door & increasing the size of the existing first floor window. 3) Internal alterations to the existing floor plan. 4) A new rooflight to the side elevation roof slope (North) and a new rooflight to the side elevation roof slope (South). 5) Repositioning and enlarging an existing rooflight on the side elevation roof slope (South). 6) Alterations to the existing ground floor windows on the side elevation (North). 7) Associated site works.

The development will consist of: 1) construction of a first-floor extension above the existing converted garage (home office) including the extension and reshaping of the existing main roof and front porch roof profiles, 2) the addition of a front (east) facing rooflight, 3) widening of the existing driveway entrance to 3.5m to include installation of an electric sliding gate and all associated site works.

Development to consist of alterations and extension of existing 4-bedroom bungalow including new side extension, garage conversion, attic conversion, internal layout changes, new front door, facade revisions, new gable windows, new velux roof lights and associated demolitions and site development works.

Permission is sought for the construction of new two storey extension to rear of existing dwelling consisting of an extended kitchen dining area and utility at ground level and 2 no. bedrooms and bathroom at first floor level, 2 no. velux style rooflights to rear pitched roof and all associated site works.

Permission is sought for A: Removal of

The general refurbishment works to the townhouses and site will be completed as exempted development, Section 5, REF No 7319. This application includes the relocation of 2no. front doors from the east to the west elevation with new windows formed in the original door openings, the addition of 2 no. rear double doors on the east elevation in existing window locations and the removal of 2 no. existing external doors on the west and north elevations. On the ground floor, the permission will include 3 no. additional windows on the west elevation and one opaque picture window within the blocked up arch on the south elevation. At first floor level, 2 no. existing window openings are relocating marginally to the north to facilitate internal arrangements and a blocked up window opening is being reinstated on the south elevation. At roof level there are 9 no. proposed rooflights. This application includes the demolition of 1 no. existing unstable chimney located close to the south gable. The houses will be serviced by car parking spaces included in the adjacent An Bord Pleanala approved planning application ABP-307639-20 (planning ref D19A/0914) while townhouse 2 also avails of an additional private external area provided in this same application.

Planning permission at this site. The development will consist of the demolition of the existing, single storey lean-to shed along the eastern boundary, the construction of a new two-storey extension to the existing first floor flat on the side yard, relocation of ground level access from Dalkey Park and all ancillary internal, site and boundary works above and below ground.

Permission is sought for: (1) Demolition of the existing converted former garage attached to the side of the existing house and existing shed to rear, (2) Construction of 1no. detached two storey, three bedroom infill dwelling of 135.3m2 with single storey element to side and rear, all to side garden of existing house, (3) construction of new vehicular entrance to front to serve existing dwelling, (4) Construction of new vehicular access to the rear of the property off existing cul de sac for single car usage for proposed new dwelling and, (5) Ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development including SUDS surface water drainage, site works, boundary treatments and landscaping.

Permission. The development will consist of:

Change of use of an existing first floor unit, from residential to sessional childcare/ Montessori school and ancillary facilities.

Demolition of the existing porch and entrance steps and the construction of a new first floor extension (circa 24.0m) to include an additional bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Minor alterations to elevations and minor internal alterations and all associated site works.

Permission development will consist of: restoration and upgrade works including; demolition of the existing dilapidated single storey extensions to the rear, replacement of the existing slate roof and front window to Castle Street, construction of a new two-storey extension and dormer to the rear, and all associated site drainage works. The proposed development is intended to match the heights, massing, and materiality of the concurrent proposed development at the adjoining property, 59B Castle Street.

Triple Rock Limited intend to apply for permission for development at this c. 0.25 Ha site at The Barn, Atmospheric Road, Dalkey, Dublin, A96 TN90. Works are also proposed on Atmospheric Road/the Metals along the extent of the site including the provision of a 225mm waste water sewer to connect to the existing 300 mm diameter combined sewer on Barnhill Road; and road surface upgrade works and road markings. The total area of the development site and infrastructure works measures c. 0.314 Ha. The proposed development will principally consist of: the demolition of existing dwelling and outbuildings on site (571 sq m); and the construction of 22 No. residential apartments (11 No. 1-bed units and 11 No. 2-bed units) in 2 No. Blocks, comprising a 3 No. storey block at the front (south) of the site and a 2 No. storey block to the rear (north) of the site (both with top-level set-backs). The development also proposes: the provision of a single storey bin store (22.5 sq m), bicycle store (17.5 sq m) and communal amenity building (29 sq m); the repositioning and widening of the existing vehicular access off Atmospheric Road; 4 No. parking spaces comprising 1 No. accessible space, 2 No. car club spaces and 1 No. visitor parking spaces; resident and visitor cycle parking; hard and soft landscaping including public and communal open space; boundary treatments; balconies and terraces; green roofs; pv panels; lighting; plant; and all site development works above and below ground.

1) Retention of the red/ terracotta rolled profile tiles on the two-storey element of the house, 2) Retention of the red/ terracotta flat profile tiles on the single storey side and rear elements of the house, 3) Retention of a Velux rooflight to the east side of the two story roof over the stairs area.
