The mezzanine level includes staff facilities ancillary to the supermarket. At roof level there will be both green roof, photovoltaic panels and a mechanical plant compound. The development includes all new drainage infrastructure, and all other works, including landscaping (hard and soft to the rear car park) and boundary treatments required to complete the development.
