The proposed development comprises the amalgamation and change of use of the existing vacant comparison retail units Nos. 1-12 and Nos. 214-216 at Level 2 and mezzanine level, and the formation of a new retail unit consisting of a single-storey discount foodstore incorporating off license sales area at Level 2, with associated changes to public mall & ancillary spaces.
