The plant room has an overall height of 21.571m; Construction of an internal road network and circulation areas, with a staff entrance off Falcon Avenue to the east, as well as a secondary vehicular access for service and delivery vehicles only across a new bridge over the Baldonnel Stream from the permitted entrance as granted under SDCC Planning Ref. SD21A/0241 from the south-west, both from within Profile Park that contains an access from the New Nangor Road (R134); Provision of 60 car parking spaces (to include 12 EV spaces and 3 disabled spaces), and 34 cycle parking spaces; Signage (5.7sq.m) at first floor level at the northern end of the eastern elevation of the data center building; Ancillary site development works will include footpaths, attenuation ponds that will include an amendment to the permitted attenuation pond as granted to the north of the Baldonnel Stream under SDCC Planning Ref.     A wind farm with an operational lifespan of 30 years, from commissioning, which will connect to the national grid. The proposed wind farm will consist of 7 no. wind turbines with blade tip heights of up to a maximum of 150 metres, and associated foundations and hardstand areas. The proposed development includes a site substation compound with security fencing and a single storey control building and associated loop-in infrastructure to tie into an existing 38kV overhead transmission line, underground cabling, drainage and service infrastructure, bored well, 1 no. permanent meteorological mast of 92 metres in height, tree felling and a temporary construction compound. The development includes landscaping and all associated ancillary development works. Vehicular access will be via an upgraded existing site entrance off the L8456 local road with provision made for the upgrade of existing on-site tracks and the construction of new on-site access roads. It will also include widening of two junctions along the turbine delivery route. The first is at the N71 - R592 junction in Knockroe townland, east of Ballydehob. These works will consist of the temporary removal of a section of masonry wall, public street lighting stanchion, gate, gate posts, trees and earthern berm and the raising of levels with engineered fill to that of the adjacent N71. The second is at the N71 - L8456 junction in Shronagree townland. These works will consist of the lowering of ground levels to that of the adjacent N71 and L8456 and the removal of traffic signage. Both locations to be restored following turbine delivery.     The proposed development primarily comprises the provision of two 110kV transmission lines and a 110kV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) substation compound along with associated and ancillary works and is described as follows: The proposed 110kV GIS Substation Compound is to be located on lands to the north-east of the two storey data centre facility and associated three storey office block that was permitted under SDCC Reg. Ref. SD18A/0134/An Bord Pleanála Ref. ABP-302813-18, and within an overall landholding bound to the north by the Grange Castle South Business Park access road; to the west by the Baldonnel Road and to the south by 3 residential properties and the Baldonnel Road; and to the east by the Google data centre facility within the Grange Castle South Business Park, Baldonnel, Dublin 22. The site of the proposed development has an area of c. 0.9163 hectares. The proposed 110kV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Substation Compound includes the provision of a two storey GIS Substation building (with a gross floor area of 1,307.2sqm) (known as the Aungierstown Substation), two transformers, lighting and lightning masts, car parking, associated underground services and roads within a 2.6m high fenced compound and all associated construction and ancillary works. Two proposed underground single circuit 110kV transmission lines will connect the proposed Aungierstown 110kV GIS Substation to the existing 220kV / 110kV Castlebaggot Substation to the immediate north-east. The proposed transmission lines cover a distance of approximately 120m and 140m within the townlands of Ballybane, and Aungierstown and Ballybane. The development includes the connections to the two substations (existing and proposed), changes to landscaping permitted under SDCC Reg. Ref. SD18A/0134 / An Bord Pleanála Ref. ABP-302813-18 and all associated construction and ancillary works. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report has been prepared in respect of this application. The planning application and the Environmental Impact Assessment Report may be inspected free of charge or purchased on payment of a specified fee (which fee shall not exceed the reasonable cost of making such copy) during public opening hours for a period of seven weeks commencing on the 21st January 2021 at the following locations: The Offices of An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1.
