Reg. Ref. 16/6558) at the south east of the overall complex; g) revisions to internal access road layout on the western side of the proposed extension; h) revisions to the permitted surface water drainage layout and attenuation systems for IE2B and proposed extension to comprise of new underground attenuation tank; and i) all ancillary site works including modifications to underground services, pipe bridges, lighting, hard surfaced areas and all ground works. The development is for the purposes of an activity which requires an Industrial Emissions (IE) License under Part V of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the Protection of the Environment Act 2003). The current IE Licence (P0009-04) attached to the site will be reviewed for the purposes of the proposed development.The site comprises of an establishment to which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 (S.I.209 of 2015) applies.
