The development will consist of: I. 384 residential units with a cumulative gross floor area of 33,190.15 sq.m comprising: a) 122. houses, consisting of 28 two-bed units, 83 three-bed units and 11 four-bed units, ranging in height from 2-3 storeys. b) 84 duplex units, consisting of 48 one-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units, ranging in height from 2-3 storeys. c) 178 apartments consisting of 43 one bedroom units and 135 two-bedroom units, ranging in height from 5-7 storeys. II. tenant amenity floorspace with a gross floor area of 139 sq.m. III. 1.49 ha of public open space including a public plaza and 0.15 ha of communal amenity space; IV. the provision of a childcare facility with a gross floor area of 239 sq.m and associated play area; V. the provision of 361 car parking spaces, including 10 disabled parking spaces and 16 reserved for visitor parking and 3 reserved for creche staff.
