Site c. 1.2ha, generally bounded by St. Marnocks Bay residential are to the west, development lands to the north and east which form part of the Portmarnock Local Area Plan lands and Moyne Road to the south. The proposed development consists of the provision of a construction haul road (total length approx. 1,105m).
