Retention permission is sought for previously (a proposal) approved Reg. Ref. F16A/0583 for the development of a 4-storey over-basement building consisting of 22 residential units (15 two bed apartments and 7 one bed apartments) with an overall floor area of 2,539 sq.m, with associated site works.
