The development will consist of:

(i) Relocation to the south east of the site of previously permitted wastewater treatment system and sand polishing filter (as approved under Reg. Ref. F17A/0434) serving Glenlion Pines; (ii) Removal of a concrete septic tank serving Glenlion Lodge (a separate dwelling located to the north and outside the application site (D13 V250), and the provision of a new replacement wastewater treatment system and sand polishing filter to the south west of the site; and (iii) Alteration of site levels to provide a landscaped garden incorporating a hurling 'ball wall' (formed by retaining walls), play area and sunken trampoline pit.
