    Works relating to the Turbine Delivery Route for the consented Knockroe Wind Farm (ACP Ref: 315176). The works will take place in the townlands of Ballaghoge (Ballagroge), Ballycullin, Ballydavid, Ballyduggan, Ballyhomuck, Ballywalter, Cappaghmore, Cappoge, Grangemockler, Gurteen (Bryan), Kilburry East, Kilburry West, Kilnagranagh, Kilvemnon, Mullinoly and Ninemilehouse, County Tipperary. The proposed development will consist of temporary road widening works, the construction of temporary sections of stoned tracks and other associated accommodation works at the locations noted below. The works consist of: - Temporary works within GAA grounds adjacent to the R692 road in the townland of Kilburry West to include; temporary removal of a section of the boundary wall and entrance gates; temporary removal of block walls within GAA grounds; temporary removal of scoreboard; pitch grass to be covered with protective Aluminium Trackway mats; installation of temporary Heras fencing and access gates; and all other ancillary temporary accommodation works. All temporary works to be reinstated to their existing condition including reinstatement of existing boundary arrangements and treatments following delivery of turbine components. - Tree trimming at Ballycullin Bridge on the R692 road in the townland of Ballycullin. - Temporary widening of section of the R692 road in the townland of Kilvemnon. Works to include construction of temporary section of stoned track; temporary removal of hedging; installation of temporary Heras fencing and access gates; and all other ancillary temporary accommodation works. All temporary works to be reinstated to their existing condition, including reinstatement of hedging following delivery of turbine components. - Construction of a temporary section of stoned track at the R690 - R692 road junction in the townland of Mullinoly. Works to include removal of boundary wall sections and installation of temporary Heras fencing and access gates; hedge trimming; and all other ancillary temporary accommodation works. All temporary works to be reinstated to their existing condition, including reinstatement of boundary wall following delivery of turbine components. - Construction of a temporary section of stoned track at the R690 road in the townland of Kilvemnon.     Proposed residential development. The proposed residential development will comprise the demolition of the existing residential house of 'Clover Lodge', existing timber store, 4 no. existing outhouses. Total demolition 599m². The proposal will deliver 61 no. residential units with a mix of terraced houses, apartments and duplex apartments. These will comprise: (a) 33 no. 3 bed, 2 storey houses in 4 blocks, (b) 1 no. apartment block providing 4 no. 1 bed apartments and 4 no. 2 bed apartments with ground floor and 1st floor balconies to the west facing elevation & (c) 1 no.     A ten-year permission of a wind farm project. The development will consist of: Construction of up to 7 no. wind turbines with a maximum overall tip height of 150m, comprising a tower of between 75-95m high, to which three blades of between 55-70m in length will be attached; Associated hard stand areas at each turbine; 1 no. 30m permanent meteorological mast and all associated infrastructure and works; 1 no. 38kV electrical substation and all associated infrastructure and works; 20kV underground cables facilitating the connection of turbines to 38kV electrical substation and all associated infrastructure and works; Circa 19km of 38kV underground cabling and all associated works along public roads to facilitate the connection of the proposed 38kV wind farm electrical substation to the existing 38/110kV Doon substation in the townland of Ballyvaughan; Provision of a new site entrance on the L2035; Upgrading of existing agricultural tracks and construction of new site tracks and all associated works as required; A temporary site compound and all associated works; Demolition of 2 no. derelict buildings; Provision of 2 no. cattle underpasses circa 400m and circa 580m to the east of the new site entrance; and all associated infrastructure and site development works.
