Amendments to the south-eastern part (1.9 ha of Phase 3) of a larger residential development permitted under KCC Reg. Ref. 16/1345. The proposed amendments include revisions to the south-eastern boundary of the permitted development arising from the reduction in the overall area of the permitted development by 0.14 ha, together with a consequential minor reduction in a public open space area along the eastern boundary (-246 sqm), and a revised housing mix resulting in an increase in the number of permitted units.
