Planning permission for minor amendments to a permitted development under Reg. Ref. 4627/18 for development at a site within the overall Royal Hibernian Way complex of 0.24 hectares, Dawson Street, Dublin 2. The permitted development relates to the refurbishment and extension of Block C (fronting on to Duke Lane) at Royal Hibernian Way (and also includes the provision of a two storey ESB sub-station and ancillary changes to basement level within the complex).
