Go-Ahead Transport Services (Dublin) Limited intends to apply for planning permission for development on this c. 2.1 ha site at Unit 200 Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15, D15 K8ND. The proposed development will consist of the addition of a new first floor window opening to match existing and a new door opening at ground level to the East (Front) building elevation. The application site is located to the west of Kilshane Avenue, to the south of Bay Lane and is bound by greenfield lands to the west.
