For the construction of a livestock underpass, effluent holding tank and all ancillary site development works

To construct a 4 bed type Bungalow,Domestic Garage, To upgrade existing entrance on the main road to access a laneway leading to a new proposed private entrance to access proposed site also new BAF Sewage Treatment System with percolation area and with all ancillary site works. Note: the existing entrance enters the townlands of Rantavan & Cloghbally Upper

Demolition of existing wall to the external yard area to the front of the building and the construction of an increased external animal pen area to the front of the building, to include a new wall to the sides and new metal sloping roof over, there are no alterations to the existing building or the existing building services or drainage installations

Construct agricultural shed and all ancillary site development works

To consist of (A) Renovation works & alterations to existing dwelling (B) Construct a single storey extension to the side and rear of existing dwelling (C) Install Waste Water Treatment system and percolation area (D) Upgrade entrance and form new driveway and all other ancillary works

To: (A) Renovation works & alterations to existing dwelling, namely a single storey porch & revised window arrangement to the front elevation; (B) Construct a part single storey / part two storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling; (C) install wastewater treatment system and percolation area; (D) and all other ancillary works

EXTENSION OF DURATION of Planning Reg. No. 16/249: for 1) extension to existing slatted cattle shed with additional underground slurry storage tanks, 2) silage pit and associated underground effluent tank, 3) alterations to existing milking parlour and 4) all ancillary site development works

To (a) retain the removal of roadside hedgerow and PERMISSION to (b) remove the unauthorised entrance and part of existing unauthorised driveway (c) form a new entrance onto public road and erect new piers, wing walls and roadside boundary together with 4m layby (d) remove/block up the original entrance to the property together with all associated walls, piers etc. (e) carry out all associated site works
