Permission is sought for: the conversion and extension of no. 69 Rock Road to provide 1 x 2 bedroom apartment and 1 x 3 bedroom apartment, retaining the existing building features such as the gable ends, street elevation including new front access door and roof line. The provision of 3 new townhouses (1 x 2 bedroom, 2 storey house, and 2 x 3 bedroom, 3 storey houses). Each house will have an east facing terrace at first floor level.
