Construction of a new two story dwelling house, domestic garage, domestic well, onsite waste water treatment plant and percolation area along with all associated site and landscaping works including a new entrance

The development will consist of the replacement of an existing 15m high support pole carrying associated antennae for a 24metre high free standing communications structure with its associated antennae, communication dish, ground equipment and all associated site development works. The development will continue to form part of existing 3G and 4G Broadband network.
