Site works consists of the provision of an enclosed service yard with dedicated plant and refuse storage compound, rainwater harvesting tank and new sub-station, cycle parking and external landscaping, along with all associated site works, services and signage. Demolition of existing sub-station. The Building will replace the existing structures on site, the demolition which was granted under planning reference no P19-822.
