The development will consist of a single storey detached dwelling, a new waste water treatment system, landscaping, new entrance gates and boundary treatments and all associated site works, all on a site of c 0.2ha.

The proposed development consist of the following: Retention of 2 no. existing single storey, detached cabin structures, providing for tourism accommodation on the subject site, and all associated site works.

(A) Retention Permission is sought for existing single storey detached replacement dwelling and associated site works. (B) Permission is sought for (i) a new replacement wastewater treatment system to serve the replacement dwelling and (ii) amended vehicular access and boundary details & all associated landscaping & siteworks.
